These tablets combine two very different drugs doing two very different jobs. One is for getting and keeping an erection. The other is for lasting longer. Taken together they can work well, but they interact with alcohol, other medications, and certain health conditions in ways that can put you flat on the floor. What Super P-Force and Similar Tablets Actually Contain
Super P-Force is one of the most recognised names. It is manufactured by Sunrise Remedies, an Indian pharmaceutical company. The standard tablet contains 100mg of sildenafil citrate and 60mg of dapoxetine. Everything else is filler.

How Each Ingredient Works
Sildenafil relaxes blood vessels in the penis, which allows more blood to flow in when you are sexually aroused. It does not cause an erection on its own. Arousal still needs to happen. It just makes the physical response easier and more reliable.
