Super P-Force is a tablet combining sildenafil 100mg and dapoxetine 60mg, used to treat both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation at the same time. It is not available legally without a prescription in Thailand. Before taking it, you need a medical check to confirm it is safe for you, because the drug interactions and contraindications are serious and not always obvious.
You are a few nights into your Pattaya trip, or maybe you have lived here long enough to know exactly where to find things. Someone mentioned Super P-Force. A mate recommended it, or you spotted it in a pharmacy window on Second Road, or a Thai online seller offered to ship it to your hotel with no questions asked. Sounds easy enough. It is not always.
Super P-Force is a real medication with real clinical uses. It also carries real risks, especially if you are mixing it with alcohol, taking other medications, or buying from a source that cannot tell you what is actually inside the tablet. Here is what you need to know before you take it.

What Is Super P-Force and What Is Actually in It?
Super P-Force is a dual-action tablet made by Sunrise Remedies, an Indian pharmaceutical company. Each tablet contains sildenafil citrate 100mg and dapoxetine 60mg.
Sildenafil is the same active ingredient in Viagra. It increases blood flow to the penis, helping you get and keep an erection. Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI, a type of medication used here to delay ejaculation.
The dual action is the appeal. But it also means two sets of side effects, two sets of contraindications, and twice the potential for a serious drug interaction. Taking both together is not the same as taking either one on its own.
Is Super P-Force Legal in Thailand? What the Thai FDA Says
This is where a lot of tourists get it wrong. Sildenafil is classified as a dangerous drug under the Thai FDA framework. That means a prescription from a licensed doctor is legally required to dispense it. You cannot legally buy it over the counter, even though some Pattaya pharmacies hand it out without one.
Dapoxetine has no independent Thai FDA approval. It exists here primarily inside combination products like Super P-Force, sourced from the Indian generic market. Super P-Force itself is not a registered standalone product with the Thai FDA.
Buying without a prescription does not always bring criminal penalties for the buyer, but it is not legal. More importantly, it means nobody has checked whether it is safe for you specifically.

Why Men in Pattaya Look for Super P-Force
The context is not hard to understand. A big night out, a lot to drink, an unfamiliar situation, some performance anxiety, and suddenly things that were never a problem at home become a problem here. This is sometimes called situational or holiday erectile dysfunction, and it is extremely common.
Some men who have never experienced premature ejaculation in their lives find it starts happening in Pattaya. Alcohol, stress, heat, and fatigue all play a role. A lot of men assume the answer is a pill that does everything at once. Sometimes that is true. Sometimes what they actually need is a different approach entirely, and no tablet fixes the anxiety component on its own.
If this is your situation, Doctor Pattaya offers discreet men’s health consultations, walk-in or by hotel visit, any time of day or night. We do this every day. It is not going to be awkward.
Who Should Not Take Super P-Force
Some contraindications here are absolute. If you take nitrates for heart disease, such as GTN spray or isosorbide tablets, combining them with sildenafil can cause a sudden, severe drop in blood pressure. This is a medical emergency. There is no safe dose of Super P-Force if you are on nitrates.
If you are already taking an antidepressant, another SSRI, or tramadol, adding dapoxetine raises the risk of serotonin syndrome. That is a dangerous build-up of a brain chemical that can cause confusion, rapid heartbeat, high temperature, and seizures. Tramadol is widely self-purchased by tourists in Thailand who treat it as an ordinary painkiller. It is not.
Men with uncontrolled high blood pressure, certain heart conditions, or liver problems should also avoid this drug. A consultation at Doctor Pattaya takes around ten minutes and could genuinely protect your life.
The Counterfeit and Street-Purchase Problem in Pattaya
This is the part nobody selling you Super P-Force online will tell you. Counterfeit medication is a real problem in Pattaya. Tablets bought from unlicensed street pharmacies, market stalls, or online sellers who skip the prescription may contain the wrong dose, a substitute ingredient, or nothing active at all.
Some counterfeit sildenafil products have been found to contain undisclosed ingredients that interact dangerously with common medications. You have no way of knowing what is in a tablet with no verified supply chain. A legitimate pharmacy dispenses against a prescription, and a legitimate doctor can trace exactly what you are taking.
If the price looks too good, or the seller skips the prescription question entirely, walk away.
Side Effects and Drug Interactions to Know Before You Take It
Common side effects of sildenafil include flushing, headache, a blocked nose, and visual changes such as a blue tinge to your vision. Dapoxetine commonly causes nausea, dizziness, and in some men, a fainting episode shortly after taking it, particularly if you stand up quickly or have been drinking.
Alcohol and sildenafil together can cause a meaningful drop in blood pressure. In Pattaya’s heat, where you may already be dehydrated after a day at Jomtien or a night on Walking Street, that risk is higher than it would be back home. Adding dapoxetine on top of alcohol raises the risk of fainting and blackout further.
The interaction list is long: antifungals like fluconazole, HIV antiretrovirals, blood pressure medications, other SSRIs, and tramadol all interact with one or both active ingredients. This is not a medication to combine with guesswork.
How to Take Super P-Force — Dosage and Timing
One tablet, taken with water, roughly 60 minutes before sexual activity. Not two. One per 24 hours, maximum. A heavy meal will slow down how quickly the sildenafil is absorbed, so you may need to wait a little longer after eating.
The sildenafil component typically stays effective for four to five hours. Claims of eight hours that appear on some websites are not clinically supported. Taking a second tablet to chase that timeline is how men end up in serious trouble.
Sit down for the first 30 minutes if you have never taken it before. Avoid alcohol on the same evening if you can help it.
Getting Super P-Force Safely in Pattaya — What to Expect at Doctor Pattaya
The consultation is discreet, quick, and genuinely clinical. We ask about your cardiovascular history, current medications, what you are trying to treat, and whether there are any red flags. Most consultations take around ten to fifteen minutes. If Super P-Force is appropriate, we can issue a prescription and often dispense the same day.
If it is not the right medication for you, we will tell you why and what would work better. Some men need a lower dose of sildenafil alone. Others would do better with a different approach, including addressing the anxiety component, which no tablet fully resolves on its own.
