Traffic around the northern end of Pattaya can add time, especially late afternoon. We will always let you know when the doctor is on the way.
What Makes Each District Different for a Hotel Visit
Pratumnak sits on a hill between South Pattaya and Jomtien. The sois wind and some are narrow, but the district is compact and we know it well. Most visits here go smoothly.
Jomtien is spread out. The beach road runs for several kilometres and the condo towers stretch a long way south. If you are at the far southern end, add a few extra minutes to your estimate. Give us your exact building name when you call, not just "Jomtien Beach Road," and have someone meet us at the lobby if you can. Many towers look nearly identical from the street.

What the Doctor Brings to Your Room
This is the question we get asked most before people commit to booking. The answer is more than most people expect.
The doctor arrives with a blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter, thermometer, and glucometer for blood sugar. We carry rapid point-of-care tests for dengue, influenza, COVID-19, and strep throat. We bring IV fluids and everything needed to set up a rehydration drip in the room. The medication bag covers antibiotics, antihistamines, anti-nausea drugs, and pain relief.
For most travel illnesses, food poisoning, fever, dehydration, or a chest infection, the full assessment and treatment happens right there. You never have to move.
