You do not need to fumigate the room. Lice do not jump or fly. Focus on fabric that had direct skin contact.

Treating Partners, Including Partners Who Have Already Left Thailand

Anyone you have had sexual contact with in the past month should be told and treated at the same time. If you treat yourself but your partner does not, re-infestation is very likely.
